We've changed our name from Mid Sussex Hog Roast to Mid Sussex Catering & Hog Roast.
When we started out in 2013, we were initially just doing Hog Roasts -and we were very good at them, but we've always aspired to do more, and our chefs have the experience and skill to do more. Over the years as we've catered at weddings and events our menu options have changed and evolved and out grown the name for the service that we provide.
Customers would assume we only did Hog Roasts where as actually we do plated meals, fine dining, private events, paellas, BBQs, buffets and more and this was a conversation we were always having with customers who we spoke with who were always surprised by the breadth of our catering options.
The name has changed but it doesn't mean we've changed. We still aspire to provide the same great service to our customers, providing delicious food for your wedding, corporate occasion or for whatever event you need us for.
